FULL EXHIBITION REQUIREMENTS: are contained in the 2008 Spring Exhibition Policy. You must read, understand, and completely follow all directions listed in the policy. This is a very large combined exhibition of all three departments (over 150 students), so, you must follow instructions exactly and punctually meet all deadlines.
SIZE RESTRICTIONS & WORK PREPARATION: You will be allotted one side of a movable panel that is 36" wide x 60" high. There are a few areas of wall space that can accommodate larger pieces, but you must seek approval and reserve the larger space prior to drop-off day (contact Karen Stanford for these spaces).
You can exhibit up to 2 works, and they must fit within your space allocation. Your works must be properly finished for presentation and have sturdy hanging wire installed. If your work is not completely "exhibition ready," it will not be accepted.
Receiving passing credit for Student Exhibition is contingent on completion of all requirements including prompt drop-off & pick-up of your artwork. If artwork remains at end of pick-up time, you will not graduate!
