This mid-Winter exhibition will explore the notion of extreme heat — both physical and psychological — through artworks in a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, installation, and new media works produced by artists working in Philadelphia, Reading, Allentown and surrounding areas. Through direct representations and metaphorical allusions, work in the exhibition will reference an array of situations and instances that add heat to our lives.

A FEW DETAILS:
Delivery and pick-up of selected work will be the responsibility of the artists — an honoraria will be paid to partially defray expenses

The gallery will produce a brochure and color exhibition announcement listing all participants

Works are insured for duration of exhibition
