Welcome to the webpage for the Kutztown University branch of Council for Exceptional Children! We are a club with a focus on current issues, changes, and other topics related to Special Education. Our meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 5:00 PM in Beekey 101. There are no initial requirements to join other than a positive attitude and a passion for children. Please come and bring friends!
