Since the fall 2007 semester, students
who have received an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice
from Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) and who meet
Kutztown University's admissions standards have been able to
continue their education in Allentown at the Donley Center.
At least two Criminal Justice courses per semester are
offered at the 718 Hamilton Street site. This enables
full-time students to take a mix of Kutztown and LCCC
courses and to complete the Kutztown degree with a Criminal
Justice major in just two years after the Associate's degree
without having to commute to Kutztown.
Although the program is intended primarily to serve LCCC
graduates, it is open to all students pursuing a Kutztown
University Criminal Justice degree. Current Kutztown
students may find these courses a convenience to reduce
their commuting or to facilitate internships. Students at
other colleges desiring criminal justice credits to transfer
back to their home institutions are also welcome.
Spring 2009 Donley courses are Gender, Crime, and Criminal Justice and Senior Seminar
