---Brian Daily's paper entitled, Just a Way of Life: a Revision of Child Labor in Pennsylvania Coal Mining was a winning paper at the Phi Alpha Theta 2013 Regional Conference held at Bloomsburg University on 4/13/13.

29 students were inducted into the Mu Xi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta during a combined Award & Induction Ceremony on 4/24/13.
Kutztown hosted the 2012 Pennsylvania Eastern Regional Phi Alpha Theta Conference on April 21, 2012.
