Study Abroad ![]() Fourteen overseas programs are available through the University. A student can earn credit through coursework, internships or work study programs. Austria/Southern Germany: Interested in a Summer Study Program in Austria and Germany? Then Study and Travel as you participate in the KU Summer Program in Austria/Southern Germany! After four exciting days in Munich and traveling to sites in Bavaria, the Program moves to its home base in Telfes, Austria. Telfes, a scenic alpine village in the Stubai valley 15 kilometers south of Innsbruck, will serve as headquarters for class instruction, site visits, and excursions. The Institute for Central American Development Studies (ICADS) in either Costa Rica or Belize. KUICADS offers a full-semester program, a 10-week summer program, and also a one-month intensive Spanish language program, available throughout the

Summer Study in Mexico: This program is a 17-day course; students visit three colonial cities in central Mexico-- Queretaro, Guanajuato and San Miguel. Diplomatic Academy of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation in Moscow for students interested in learning about current events in Russia and other countries of the former Soviet Union.
