Undergraduate Registration Procedures

For courses offered at the Marine Science Center

Registration is a two-step procedure. You need to register at the Marine Science Center (to let the folks in Virginia know that you are coming) and you need to register at Kutztown University (to let the University know you will be enrolling through Kutztown). You will also need to pay two bills; one to the Marine Science Center (for food, housing, etc.), and one to Kutztown University (for tuition).

To register at the Marine Science Center:

1. Fill out the Marine Science Consortium Application. Be certain to follow the instructions about deposits, return envelopes, etc. at the top of the registration form. Return the Marine Science consortium Registration form directly to me (Dr. Wendy Ryan, Boehm 243) so that I may forward it to the Marine Science Center AS SOON AS IS POSSIBLE!!!!! Popular courses fill quickly.
2. Confirmation of enrollment, information on the Marine Science Center, information on the courses for which you have enrolled, and a bill for the Marine Science Center fee (for food, housing, etc.) will be mailed to you in the self-addressed, stamped envelope you provide.

To register at Kutztown University:

1. NO LATER THAN MAY 3, 2010, YOU MUST GO TO BOEHM 425 AND SHOW DONNA MOORE YOUR COURSE ACCEPTANCE FROM THE MSC. SHE WILL THEN REGISTER YOU FOR THE CLASS THROUGH KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY.
2. KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY REQUIRES PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION!!
3. Be certain to check with the financial aid office as soon as possible if you are receiving financial aid.
