Some users have been having problems logging into the member section.

If after you enter your username and password, you
are taken back to the login page -- and you DO NOT
receive the "Login Failed" error message, please check
that your cookies are enabled.

The login process uses cookies to keep track of your login
information while you are at the Kutztown website.  It
DOES NOT keep track of any passwords, or personal information.

To check that you have cookies enabled (or to enable them)

1. In Internet Explorer (Version 6.x)
   1. Click Tools -> Internet Options
   2. Click Privacy
   3. Under settings, click Default.
   4. Click OK
2. In Internet Explorer (Version 5.x)
   1. Select Tools -> Internet Options
   2. Select the Security tab
   3. Click Custom Level
   4. Scroll down to the Cookies section
   5. Set Allow cookies that are stored on your computer to Enable
   6. Set Allow per-session cookies to Enable
   7. Click OK
3. In Internet Explorer (version 4.x)
   1. Select View -> Internet Options
   2. Select the Advanced tab
   3. Scroll down to the Security section and then find Cookies
   4. Select Always accept cookies
   5. Click OK
4. In Firefox (version 1.0+)
   1. Select Tools -> Options
   2. Click Privacy
   3. Click on the + next to Cookies
   4. Make sure Allow sites to set cookies is checked
   5. Click OK
