Purpose

  • To establish a continuous dialogue with the social work expert community in family and mental health practice fields.

  • To increase the opportunities for student learning experience via generalist and advanced externships or community-based research.

  • To create a milieu for positive enrollment and recruitment of students and faculty of color at the Department of Criminal Justice and Social Work.

  • To provide a practice and teaching environment that enhances the development of cultural competence in the development of future social workers at Kutztown University.
