Combined monologue auditions for Glass Menagerie and J.B.
      Prepare a one-minute monologue and sign up for an audition slot, posted on the callboard opposite the Speech Comm. and Theatre Department office, Rickenbach 214.
Callbacks will be held Thurs. after 6 pm, and Fri. after 4 pm, Aug. 28-29.
Callbacks are posted on the callboard after auditions.
Script copies are available for loan in the Speech Comm. and Theatre office, LC 214.

PERFORMANCE
J.B. by Archibald MacLeish and directed by KU's David Pfeiffer, gives a modern twist to the biblical story of Job, through both bitter satire and  poetic statement about the human condition.
Many supporting roles in this large-cast production, set  post-Apocalypse, will be cast without regard to gender.
Rehearsals begin September 3.

PERFORMANCE
The Glass Menagerie, by Tennessee Williams and directed by KU's Paul Gilbert, is a delicate and shattering portrait of the dreams of a Depression-era family as viewed through the lens of memory.
This modern realistic drama offers roles for two men and two women.
Rehearsals begin October 14.

PERFORMANCE
As You Like It directed by Roxane Rix
One of Shakespeare’s most popular romantic comedies views warmly human folly while taking sly pokes at class and gender roles.
This production, set in the late 1960s, will need 5-7 women and 12-15 men; some smaller roles sing and/or play guitar.
