Certificate of Recognition in Advertising
(for Marketing majors only)

What is Advertising?

The College of Business offers a Certificate of Recognition in Advertising for its Marketing majors (who cannot minor in Advertising).  The certificate indicates the marketing major has completed a concentration of courses within the student’s major related to advertising.

    MKT  357    Advertising Campaigns*
                      (Fall only offering)
    MKT  411    Marketing Communications Management*
                      (Senior standing - 90+ credits completed; Spring only offering) 

    *All prerequisites must be satisfied (check the catalog for prerequisites).

    Certificate of Recognition Request Form: When you register for your last course(s) for the certificate, you should complete a Request for Certificate of Recognition form in the Department of Professional Studies office – DF 233.
