Express Review

Your experience in the KU MBA program starts with your first contact with the College of Business. In the Express Review, we tell you promptly where you stand and what you’ll need to do.

Express Review

Submitting your GMAT score is required for completing a full application to the MBA program. But what if you want to start sooner, while waiting to take your GMAT?

You can begin your coursework at KU very quickly. The College of Business MBA program needs only a copy of your transcript to evaluate where you stand in the program. Within three business days, we can review it and tell you what Common Body of Knowledge (CBK) competencies you still need to work on, and what graduate courses you may already qualify to take as a professional credits student at KU. Call ((610) 683-4575) or email (mba@kutztown.edu) the College of Business and we’ll be happy to answer your questions.

Express Review for Admission into the MBA

We immediately review your full application packet – your transcript, resume, references, test scores, statement of purpose, and other materials - and assess your fulfillment of the Common Body of Knowledge competency areas (CBK’s), any previous graduate credits you have earned, and your GMAT and TOEFL scores. Many students are accepted within days of our receiving their full application. We will contact you within three business days to tell you about the status of your admission.

If your packet is not complete – often due to the need to wait to take the GMAT – we can still help you. Our Express Lane is specially designed to help you get into coursework while your motivation is high!

Advisement During the Program

When you are admitted to the program, you are assigned an MBA Advisor, a full-time faculty member of the College of Business who provides you with academic and professional guidance as you complete the program. However, all professors in the program can, and often do, spend extensive time with students helping out – so you have many sources to turn to for advice.
