Ms. Dooley will lead a discussion that aims to empower those who want to fight against injustice in the world just as Frederick Douglass did in the 19th century. By sharing her expertise as a librarian for Alvernia University she will provide the strategies for arming oneself with the knowledge necessary to create a successful social movement.

Local author, radio host motivational speaker and community advocate, Dr. Williams like Frederick Douglass has dedicated his life to uplifting of others. He will lead a discussion on the relevance of Mr. Douglass’ words to lives that we live today.
