KUPA
The Kutztown University Preparatory Academy

KUPA consists of four unique pre-college programs: Upward Bound, Upward Bound Math/ Science, Academic Alliance and EBEST. All of these programs are actively involved in identifying, enrolling and supporting students who have the potential to be successful in college. Our mission is twofold: To assist our students in generating the skills and motivation necessary to complete a secondary education and to help our students enter, and succeed in a program of post-secondary education.

The Kutztown University Preparatory Academy is dedicated to developing the whole student. Our S.T.A.R. policy is designed to foster an environment of respect for others and our cultural learning programs enable our students to expand their education beyond their communities and the classroom. We are also dedicated to training our students to become well organized, so they may reach their full potential.
