Train-the-Trainer Clinic

Move to the Next Level of Professional Growth
This highly interactive clinic provides participants with the knowledge and skills to become effective professional trainers. Theory, knowledge, and practical skills are provided to individuals seeking to polish their current skills or make a career change. The clinic was initially developed in partnership with the American Society for Training and Development (Eastern Pennsylvania and Reading Area Training Organization).



Public Speaking for Professionals
A course designed for business and other professional people who are interested in improving their informal and formal speaking skills. Basic public speaking techniques will be covered, with special attention given to the immediate needs of the students. Writing, organizing, and delivering speeches will comprise most of the course, but other elements, such as working in small groups and improving one-on-one communication (listening and nonverbal) can be covered as well depending on the needs of the organization.


Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB™)
MOAB™ is an in-depth training program that teaches individuals how to recognize, reduce, and manage violent and aggressive behavior using non-aggressive verbal responses. This workshop is primarily designed for business owners, bank, insurance or retail managers or anyone who deals with the public on a regular basis.


Supervise & Thrive!
This offering consists of a series of workshops custom-designed to help supervisors bring out the best in their staff to achieve synergy and success. Supervisors learn how to create a workplace where motivation and productivity thrive. Supervisors gain a working knowledge of key aspects of leadership and how to develop and sustain a high performing, engaged team committed to corporate goals.

The importance of having a clear understanding of the corporate mission/vision is stressed along with other skills such as effective communication, teambuilding, staff motivation, and conflict management. The value of the internal and external customer and what “kills” customer service is also addressed. Supervisors also learn practical techniques to help them maximize their time to focus on the company’s highest priorities.



Developing Your Communication Skills and Workplace Relationships
The two keys to maintaining great relationships in the workplace are effective communication and respect. This workshop helps you to understand communication and personality style differences. You will learn how to work and communicate with others regardless of their generation, gender, or style. Style assessments and interactive activities make this a valuable and fun workshop.


Business Writing: Powerful Techniques for the Professional
Streamline your writing process and make every document easy to read and understand. Letters, reports, and proposals must be well-organized and flow smoothly from one point to the next. This workshop will provide valuable techniques for getting started, getting to the point, and connecting with your readers.



Spanish Language Skills for Supervisors
The thrust of the training is to help the participants develop conversation skills needed in order to effectively communicate in a Spanish-speaking environment.
