Dr. Richard Courtney attended the inaugural meeting of the PASSHE Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Users Consortium hosted by the Kutztown University Geography Department. The meeting was held September 29, 2007.
Dr. Mary Ann Dailey, Department of Nursing, attended the 39th Annual Conference of the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) held in Nashville, TN from June 28 through July 1, 2007, the fall meeting of the Pennsylvania Higher Education Nursing Schools Association (PHENSA) held in Harrisburg on October 10, 2007, and the Annual Summit meeting of the PA State Nurses Association held in Harrisburg from October 18 through 20, 2007.

• Discover and Uncover the facts about Parkinson’s Disease & Parkinson’s Research presented by Dr. Donna Miller, Gerontologist on April 19, 2007 at Westminster Village in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
• Student and Academic dishonesty and cheating presented by Joanne Serenbus, RN, EdD, for the Pennsylvania League of Nursing, District II on April 24, 2007 at De Sales University.
Dr. Marilyn Meder, Department of Nursing, attended the St. John Bosco Conference held at St. Francis University Stuebenville Ohio and completed all course work in Year One of the Advanced Youth Ministry Program.
Prof. Ilene Prokup, Department of Nursing, attended the annual meeting of the American Public Health Association in Washington DC on November 4-7, 2007.
