OLA,
Organization for Latino Awareness is a great place to meet other
students who share an interest in Spanish Language and Hispanic
culture!
We meet regularly throughout the semester to
plan activities on campus which promote Hispanic culture, and to
organize social events with a Hispanic theme, such as Conversacion y
Comida, trips to N.Y.C. to see plays performed in Spanish, or
dinners to local Hispanic restaurants. We also teach an
after-school Spanish program to local children!! |
