Desire2Learn (D2L) Course Development
Learn how to use the Web-based D2L Learning Management System to create an online presence for your courses. With D2L you can easily create:

Adobe Acrobat Portable Document File (PDF) Creation
The LTC lab is equipped with Adobe Acrobat Writer. We can show you how to create PDF files from Word documents in under five minutes! The PDF format is becoming the de facto standard for web publication. Contact the LTC to learn how to create and publish your own PDF documents.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Scanning
Do you need to convert a paper-based document into a machine-readable form? The LTC has OCR software that allows you to scan your paper documents directly into Word, where they can be edited and saved in electronic format.
Digital Photography
If you are interested in learning about digital photography and preparing digital photos for display on your web page the LTC can help.
Computer/Windows/Mac OS/Email Basics
Need to brush up on computer basics? We can help. The LTC team can show you how to use your computer and email efficiently, create CD-ROMs, and manage files on your computer.
