CONFERENCE POSTER

Individuals with disabilities face many barriers. Although disabilities do not go away, our attitudes, actions, and beliefs toward individuals with disabilities can change, helping to break down some of the barriers that are faced. Throughout this conference discover ways to break down barriers for your students and empower them to thrive in and through the arts. Workshops have been designed to provide participants with varying options, related to their specific needs.

A wide range of voices from students with disabilities and teachers who lead adaptive art programs, to artists, parents, and disability awareness specialists will share their knowledge and engage us in addressing issues of disability. Keynote and workshop sessions will shine a light on issues such as language, adaptive art strategies, ability, law, and helping teachers gain the resources they need to help ALL students, not only succeed, but thrive in the arts.

Conference Fee: $65.00 Lunch included if received before Nov. 1.
