Daniel Hoffman, Adjunct Faculty
Daniel Forrest Hoffman is a Philadelphia based videographer, prop builder/designer, animator, sculptor, and professor at Kutztown University. While completing his BFA in ceramics at Tyler School of Art at Temple University, he pursued a parallel track in animation and video. He worked as an animator for the Wachovia Center and Spectrum, creating graphics for the Philadelphia Sports teams and operating the Jumbotron during live events. Upon receiving a full fellowship to pursue his MFA he left for The Ohio State University. Since then he has produced, directed, and animated a number of music videos and commercials, as well as built props for television and live performance through his company Laundryboat Media. His fine art has won numerous awards and has been on display at museums and galleries around the nation. He currently maintains a studio in Philadelphia and teaches at Kutztown University.
