We’d love to introduce you to the club, welcome you to a future meeting, and invite you to check out the resources provided on this website. Freshmen, seniors, and all levels and areas of studies are welcome, and it’s never too late in the semester to check out what the Accounting Club has to offer you.

Meeting structures vary between lectures presented by accounting professionals, internship panels, and discussions. In addition, a focus is placed on the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam. Current regulations for completion of the exam, and review course possibilities are presented regularly. It’s not only about information though--free pizza and great friendships are an added bonus.

It provides ways to contact Accounting Club officers for questions or information. Events and trips that have taken place in the past, and ways to get involved in the future are outlined. Additionally, the site provides information specific to the Kutztown Accounting Major (course requirements, etc.).

The most important aspect of pursuing the study of accounting, is the career prospect that follows college, the “real world." This site offers a way to prepare students for that world. Links are provided for information on local and regional accounting firms. There is no way to better prepare to work for a company than to know what it's all about, what it stands for and what it can do for you. Researching these sites is crucial for obtaining the job you’re searching for after graduation.

After researching the sites and gathering as much information as possible, check out the interviewing suggestions that are supplied. Knowing the prospective company, and being fully prepared for the big interview will greatly improve your chances for employment and ultimate success.
