Hunt Seat Coach

Sue Casale

Sue Casale is a graduate of Delaware Valley College with over 25 years of teaching experience. She has taught and coached all ages and levels of riders over the years,  including successfully coaching the KU Equestrian Team for several years in the 1980's. Pony Club and 4-H are among the many influences that have played a vital role in molding her coaching style that emphasizes a "can do" attitude, learning from each experience and good sportsmanship.  Her teaching style builds confidence and willingness to foster a strong relationship between horse and rider.  Her goals for each and every one of her students are to learn to be even better riders, to be able to apply these new skills for leisure and competition, and to enjoy every moment on top of a horse. She looks forward to meeting the team and continuing on the winning path they have paved in the past.  Above all, she is excited to begin creating new memories, sharing a top notch riding facility, and coaching each member to achieve their best.

Stock Seat Coach

Debbie Koneski

Debbie Koneski is a graduate of the Penn State Horse Shoeing short course and Pennsylvania’s Act 120 program (PA municipal police academy).  With over 40 years of horse experience, she breaks and trains horses from hunter, western pleasure to barrel racers.  Debbie’s motto is: “To be able to show successfully in the show ring you must be able to ride your horse, not just look pretty.” With this attitude and an emphasis on safety for rider and horse, she has had the pleasure of watching many of her students enjoy success in the show ring while also giving them confidence they need in and out of the ring.  She is currently a leader in the Bits and Pieces 4H Club in Montgomery County where she enjoys working with the younger generation.  She helps the kids wherever she can sharing the knowledge that she has gained over her years in the horse business. She is looking forward to working with the Kutztown Riding Team and keeping them on the winning path that they have enjoyed in the past all the while providing them with the knowledge that they will need for a life that includes horses.
