John R. Muscatell, USMC
From 1995-1999 John served as a rifleman in the United States Marine Corps. His duty stations included a tour with Enlisted Instructor Company at The Basic School in Quantico VA, as well as the Marine Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, CA. While stationed at Twentynine Palms, John served as a squad leader with the 1st Battalion 7th Marine Regiment. His duties carried him throughout much of Asia and entailed the completion of several different warfare schools.

In 2002 John volunteered for service in support of Operation Enduring Freedom by enlisting in the Marine Corps Reserves via Echo Company 2nd Battalion 25th Marine Regiment based in Harrisburg, PA. In 2003, John was activated and subsequently deployed to Iraq where he directly participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

John is a junior political science major at Kutztown and one of the co-founders of the Veterans Military Association. He is also the Vice President of the KU College Republicans and an active member of Veterans of Foreign Wars post 411 in Birdsboro, PA.

Norman Strauss III, USMC
From 1999-present Norm served as a rifleman in the United States Marine Corps. Norm is currently serving with 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment based in Piccatinay Arsenal, Dover, NJ. He has been stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. Norm has participated in three overseas deployments including two combat zones.

Norm is a junior sociology major and a criminal justice minor at Kutztown and one of the co-founders of the Veterans Military Association. He is also an active member of Veterans of Foreign Wars post 411 in Birdsboro, PA.
