The Kutztown University of Pennsylvania's Model United Nations Club is an academically-oriented club that provides its members with the opportunity of cultural experiences, exchange of opinion on timely global issues, and the chance to become familiar with the spirit and the diplomatic principles of the United Nations.

Students representing a variety of majors meet every Thurday at 4:30 p.m. in Honors Hall to practice debate, public speaking, and parliamentary procedure for an hour. Every semester, teams of 15 to 20 students compete at nation- and world-wide conferences. In addition to competing, the club also hosts the Kutztown University Model United Nations Conference (KUMUNC) for high school students every January.

The club is a student-driven organization under the guidance of Dr. John H. Riley, Jr., Assistant Professor of Political Science at Kutztown University.
