We are calling a VERY IMPORTANT Spotlight Player's meeting tomorrow, APRIL 22 at
the usual time and place (11am Rickenbach theatre). Please spread the word and
MAKE SURE TO ATTEND! The following super duper business will be covered:
1) We need to find out once and for all Who is DEFINITELY available to
participate in the SUNSHINE FESTIVAL THIS WEEKEND! (April 26-27). Our good
friend Marcie needs to know who will be able to do what asap, and it was very
generous of her to offer us this opportunity to lets Help her out as best we
can!
2) For others who are unable to help with Sunshine Festival, our first
obligation, Perform has been generous enough to extend invitation for very cheap
tickets and travel to go see GYPSY with Patty Lupone in New York on Sunday April
27th. So if your interested in that, you BEST SHOW UP TOMORROW!
3) Finally, as we have been an organization for a year now, and have established
our Bylaws, it's time for our first E-BOARD ELECTION! The Elections themselves
will be Thursday May 1st at 11am in Rickenbach, So please be certain to attend
that meeting; but tomorrow we will be discussing format for the election, and we
will begin taking Nominations from people interested. Some of the current
E-board will also be running again to keep their positions, but everything
regarding this issue will be discussed tomorrow, so PLEASE BE SURE TO BE THERE!
So as you can see... Tomorrow is a MUST attend meeting for you Players, so do
whatever you must to remember to attend, and to drag the rest of your chums
there with you. Can't wait to see your smiling faces!
