Tickets can be purchased four ways!

• By Phone: Call the Performing Artists Series box office at 610-683-4092. Office hours are Monday–Friday 10:00am–4:00pm. Credit card orders only.
• By mail: Send a check payable to PAS-KU Foundation with the order form
• In person: When classes are in session, stop by the Kutztown University Student Union Building information desk (cash or check only), Monday-Friday 9:00am–9:00pm, Saturday 10:00am–7:00pm and Sunday Noon–9:00pm. Or come to the Schaeffer Auditorium box office one hour before the performance.
• On-Line: Tickets for individual performances available here.

Before you order please note:

• To sit with friends, all orders should be enclosed in the same envelope.
• Student prices (for the Performing Artists Series) apply to all people 17 & younger, as well as full time college students.
• Child prices (for the Children’s Series) apply to all people 14 and younger.
• All children, regardless of age, must have their own ticket and be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups of 15 or more are eligible for a discount of 15% to any Performing Artists Series event. Group rates are not available for the Children’s Series.
• Convenience and/or handling fees apply to phone, mail, and on-line orders.
• Special Needs: When ordering tickets, please indicate if you have special seating needs. Assistive listening devices are also available.
• All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
• All programs, artists, ticket prices, dates and times are subject to change.

Helpful Information

• Free parking is available in the university lots near Schaeffer Auditorium. Classes meet on most weeknights; please allow plenty of time to locate a parking space. Click here to view the parking map in pdf format.
• The Performing Artists Series provides a shuttle bus from the North Campus Drive. It runs every 10 minutes from 6:45 to 7:30 and after the performance.
• Please arrive in time to be comfortably seated at the start of the performance. Late seating will take place at a point in the performance determined by the artists and staff.
• Pagers and cell phones must be set to silent. In case of emergency, please advise your paging service of your seat number and location and ask them to call the box office at 610-683-4092.
• Audio and video equipment is not permitted in Schaeffer Auditorium.
• Food and drink are not allowed in the auditorium.
