• Student organizations that need to enter into contracts with vendors are required to bring all contracts, along with supporting documentation (i.e. room reservation confirmation, purchase request form or purchase order) to the Office of Student Union and Involvement Services (MSU 153).
   
• The negotiation and finalization of contracts for services to be performed must be completed prior to the event date in order for payment procedures to be initiated.
   
• All contracts, negotiated by student organizations and the Office of Student Union and Involvement Services, will become finalized and binding once signed by the KUSSI Executive Director.
   
• NO vendor contract is to be signed by a student of the organization sponsoring the event.
