University Departments Sponsoring Outside Organizations/Events The event must fit into the mission of the University and specifically the sponsoring department. The event must be approved by the Department Chairperson A department representative must be present at the event and be responsible for the event. The event must go through the proper reservation/scheduling procedures. If any fee is collected, it must adhere to the University collection policy.
