Welcome to Kutztown University’s room scheduling program, Virtual EMS.
This system was implemented here at Kutztown University to give internal
customers a one-stop-shop for making reservations. This program is intended for
use by faculty and staff members for the scheduling of facilities on campus for
internal events and by Conference Services staff for the scheduling of external
events (not sponsored by an internal department).
The office of Conference Services is responsible for the scheduling of all
events and requests for use of campus facilities for both internal and external
customers. We are not responsible for the scheduling of academic classes and/or
final exams. All requests for academic classes (including initial scheduling
and/or changes to an existing academic course) should be directed to the
Registrar's office (email@example.com).
Faculty and staff may request space for all of their departmental needs for
their department’s use. Student organization advisors may request space for
their organization’s use of campus facilities. Please keep in mind that the
person requesting use of space will be held responsible for all activities that
occur in this space. Requests for events to be held for non-University purposes
should be forwarded to the office of Conference Services.
