Kutztown University of Pennsylvania Welcome Back KU Students!

The Facilities Management Division is responsible for all of the Kutztown University Physical Plant, which consists of all buildings and associated internal and external systems, roads, sidewalks, grounds, and campus infrastructure such as water, sewer, gas, and electric lines. KU is really a small city. Its population is made up of over 10,000 students, faculty and staff, as well as community members who utilize the available campus resources. The physical aspects of the city consist of over 300 acres of land upon which 50+ buildings sit totaling over 2,000,000 square feet of space worth almost $300 million.
