The Office of Institutional Research and Planning organizes, analyzes and reports data about Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. These efforts support numerous campus needs including:

1. Reporting of institutional statistics to state and federal agencies
2. Compliance with external surveys from commercial publishers
3. Support of academic program review, enrollment
4. Management, planning, grant proposals, academic assessment and self-study
5. Numerous research projects to facilitate academic administration

A major responsibility of the Office of Research and Planning is to provide information regarding all aspects of Kutztown University. Therefore, the Office prepares an annual Factbook with data related to students, staff and facilities.
