• Cash boxes/bags may be requested by any registered student organization and/or MSU department to offer a safe and secure location to store starting change for fundraising events.
   
• Complete a "Cash Box Request Form," which can be found in the KUSSI Service Center, at least two (2) days prior to your fundraising event.
   
• The form must be signed by both the organization's treasurer and advisor.
   
• Return the completed form to the KUSSI Service Center and arrange for a time when the box/bag is to be picked up by a representative of the student organization.  The KUSSI Service Center business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
   
• Starting money is available; however, once the event is concluded, all starting money must be returned to KUSSI prior to making a deposit for the remainder of money earned at the event.
   
• In the situation where the fundraising event is being held outside of the KUSSI Service Center business hours, the cash box/bag, along with the money earned, must be given to Public Safety (Old Main) overnight.  The next business day, a representative from the student organization would need to pick up the cash box/bag and money from Public Safety and return it to the KUSSI Service Center.
