We are located at the Kemp Building (Just past the Stratton parking lot entrance). Designated 60 minutes visitor parking spaces are available in the parking lot next the building.

	Updating Primary Contact Phone Number Using Employee Self Service Employee Self Service now has the capability to allow employees to update their “Primary Contact Number” directly to SAP. Click here for more information.
Seasonal Influenza Vaccinations	The Office of Administration in cooperation with the Department of Health and the Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund is offering seasonal influenza vaccinations to PA State System of Higher Education employees at no cost. Registration is being conducted from August 25 through September 12. Flu shots at Kutztown University will be held on *Monday, October 20, 2008 from 9:30 AM thru 3:30 PM in the Recreational Center, Room 200.* To register, use this link https://ecapps.health.state.pa.us/FluVaccineReg/passhe-main.asp. This link also contains information about the influenza vaccine that you should read before registering.
	Employee Self Service now has the capability to allow employees to update their Form W4...this new update capability replaces the need for a paper form.
