• Error: Username or Password Incorrect
  Your PASSHE Account ID and password are not being accepted because:

  1. PASSHE account passwords are only valid for 90 days.
     Click Here to change your password.
  2. You do not have a PASSHE account/password.
     Click Here for information on setting up an account.
  *If you still experience problems, contact the IT Help Center at 610-683-1511.

• Error: You do not have a valid record/assignment/job
  Check with your boss to verify that an application was processed for this academic semester/year.
  Job assignments may take up to 2 weeks to show up on E-Time.

• Error: Password Cannot Be Changed
  Your password is not being accepted. Stop by the IT Help Center (Stratton Bldg 112) with a photo ID to have your password reset.
