Welcome Back!
Work Authorization (WA) cards are good for 4 years (unless we notify you sooner). Please hold onto this card. It needs to be presented to any potential employers to show that you are cleared and allowed to work on campus. Even if you are returning to a position, that employer will need your WA card in order to process a new online student application for you. These applications are needed every academic year and every summer due to federal work study regulations.
If you have lost your WA card, a new one can be re-issued to you without having to complete the new hire packet as long as it is within 4 years. You will need to visit the Student Payroll office in person with a photo ID to have this card re-issued. Privacy issues and guidelines forbid us from releasing your WA card’s employee ID # to you OR your employer over the phone, e-mail or fax. |

Verification of address and direct deposit information Please take a moment once you return to school to notify our office of any changes that may have occurred over the summer (i.e. change in home/permanent address or bank account closings).
Please note that we are on a different system than the Registrar’s Office, if you advise them of an address change, you still need to notify us by completing our change of address form.
Previously set up direct deposit requests remain active with your payroll record. Therefore, if your method of pay was direct deposit in the spring semester and you return in the fall, your method of pay will remain direct deposit. If this needs to be changed or stopped, please complete a direct deposit form and submit to our office in a timely manner, these requests can take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
Change of Address forms and Direct Deposit forms are available on this website. |
