Budgets Budgets are no longer displayed by line item.  Most departments will have only two budget lines, student employment  and OTHER_EXPENSES.  Budget reports now include all personnel cost information in addition to the non-personnel information previously provided.
Storeroom Orders Departments can now order storeroom office supplies online using the SAP transaction code MB21
Purchase Requests All purchase requisitions are now created online and submitted electronically to the purchasing office.  Purchase requisitions are also approved online by using the SAP transaction code ME55.
Student Payroll A web-based student payroll system, eTimeKeeper is now used for the online entry and approval of student payroll.  Not a part of SAP, this system was developed by Mansfield University and is now supported by SyTEC.
