Avalanche Appearance Request Form

Disclaimer: Please submit your appearance request at least two week's prior to your event. All reservations will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be fulfilled depending on performer availability. We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet the two week notification minimum.

Please keep in mind that our performers' availability are limited and based on the Kutztown University academic calendar. Mascot availability is limited when KU classes are not in session (i.e. holidays, winter and summer break, etc.) and during summer session.

Appearance fees for Avalanche are as follows:
On-campus, University events... No Charge*
On-campus, Non-University events..... $35.50 an hour
Off-campus events (non-profit organizations) ... Cost of travel
Off-campus events (PR related/private events) ... $75 per hour plus travel

A location must be determined for the performer to take breaks before request will be considered.  Water must also be provided for the performer during breaks.

Requestor is responsible for providing props not already in Avalanche's inventory.
