 WALNUT,
Calif. - Stephanie Williams (sr. Harrisburg/Riverside {Ellwood
City}) finished 12th in the finals of the 5,000-meter run at the
NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Mount San
Antonio College.
Williams ran a time of 17:48.25.
Friday, May 23
WALNUT,
Calif. - Stephanie Williams (sr. Harrisburg/Riverside {Ellwood
City}) qualified for the finals in the women's 5,000-meter run
Friday night.
Williams' time of 17:23.57 was the
fourth fastest time in the preliminaries, second-best in her heat.
Thursday, May 22
WALNUT,
Calif.
— KU's NCAA qualifier, Stephanie
Williams (sr. Harrisburg/Riverside {Ellwood City}), ran in the
preliminaries of the 3,000-meter run Thursday night, finishing 13th
with a time of 10:11.65.
Williams just missed the cut to run
in Friday's 3,000 final.
She will run in the 5,000-meter trial
is late Friday night (results of that available on Saturday). If she
qualifies for the finals, that race is Saturday afternoon.
