2. Approval of Minutes from November 10

• Rolf Mayhofer moved to approve the minutes from the November 10 meeting, seconded by Paul Sable. The motion passed with an editorial change.

3. IDEAS process discussion

• 369 people downloaded the IDEAS document from the website, four people responded, and one person requested a paper copy.
• Discussion followed.

4. Closure

• Dr. Lynch closed the meeting at 1 p.m. The next meeting will be after break.
