Kutztown University will be hosting the
Centraleastern Science Olympiad Competition on March 11, 2010 and is looking for faculty, staff, student and community volunteers to make this day a success.
We look forward to having over 600 middle and high school students from grades 6-12 compete in a wide variety of challenging events. This unique competitive experience includes the science disciplines of biology, earth science, chemistry, physics, computers and technology.
This year 26 high schools and 16 middle schools from Berks, Lehigh and Northampton Counties will bring teams to compete in 23 events. Students work and study hard throughout the year with coaches, teachers, parents, and community members in preparation for their events.
Please check out our Web site for general event information or to volunteer. Many faculty, student, and community volunteers are still needed.
