Dining Flex Accounts, Terms & Conditions:
- Flex dollars are non-refundable; do not open an account with more money than you need.
- Flex deposits may require up to 24 hours for processing before they are available for use.
- Any remaining Fall flex balance will roll over to the Spring semester.
- Students who graduate in December, or do not return for the Spring semester, are not eligible for a flex refund.
- A student who withdraws from the university is entitled to a refund of unused flex funds through the fifth week of classes according to University refund policy.
- At the end of the Spring semester, there are no flex refunds or rollovers.
- Flex dollars can be used at all dining service locations on campus.
- $150 Dining Flex dollars are included in all Gold and Block meal plans.
