		Larry Gattens Executive Chef Gattens@kutztown.edu Larry is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Prior to joining Kutztown University as catering chef, he held the position of executive sous chef at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center. He and his family currently live in Hershey, Pa.
