will host the 2008 NCAA Division II Mid-Atlantic Regional
softball tournament Wednesday-Saturday, May 7-10 at North
Campus Field.

eight of the NCAA Division II Mid-Atlantic Softball Regional

KU downs Shippensburg 1-0 in extra innings —
A single from Steph
Denlinger (jr. Harleysville/Souderton) in the bottom of
the eighth helped bring home the game-winning run as
Kutztown University defeated Shippensburg University 1-0 in
game four of the NCAA Division II Mid-Atlantic Regionals
Wednesday at North Campus Field.

KU sweeps West Chester to win
PSAC Title

KU swept a pair of games
from West Chester on Saturday to win the 2008 Pennsylvania
State Athletic Conference Championship at Clipper Magazine Stadium. Chad
Lightcap, the tournament MVP, scored the
go-ahead run in the bottom of the eighth to give KU
an 8-7 victory.

and women's track teams had several All-PSAC finishes at
