BLOOMSBURG, Pa. — The Kutztown University men's soccer team let an early lead slip away and dropped its match at Bloomsburg 4-2 Saturday afternoon.

The match started with the Golden Bears scored at the 28:23 mark on an unassisted goal by James Robinson (so. Chester, ENGLAND).

The lead was extended with a little more than a minute left in the first half when the Huskies (8-6-4, 3-3-2 PSAC East) scored on their own net.

The lead was cut in half at the 57:44 mark on a goal by Justin McLennan off a free kick. Two minutes later, the match was even after a goal by Christian Rota on a penalty kick.

Rota gave BU the lead on a goal off of a corner kick. McLennan scored his second goal of the game to cap the scoring.

BU held a 14-4 advantage in total shots and 5-0 in corner kicks.

KU closes its season 2-15-1overall and 1-8-1 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference East.
