Bill
Frosoni (sr. North Plainfield, N.J./North Plainfield) scored a goal and had an assist to lead Kutztown
to a 3-0 win over non-conference foe Goldey-Beacom College Monday
afternoon.
Rusty
Chapel (jr. Topton/Brandywine Heights) and
James Robinson (so. Chester, ENGLAND) also scored goals for KU, which improves to 2-7-0 with the
win.
Greg
Parker (fr. West Grove/Avon Grove) and
Jason Lear
(jr. Montoursville/Montoursville) notched assists.
Frosoni assisted
Chapel's goal at the 28:08 mark to open the scoring. Robinson
scored off a pass from Parker in the 67th minute, and Frosoni capped
the scoring, off a pass from Lear, with less than a minute to play.
Matthew Fredericks (jr. Montdale/Lakeland) had
nine saves en route to the shutout victory in goal.
KU will face another
non-conference foe, Philadelphia, on Wednesday at Keystone Field.
