MILLERSVILLE, Pa. — James Robinson (so. Chester, ENGLAND) tied the game at 1-1, but No. 20 Millersville University scored two unanswered tallies to defeat the Kutztown University men’s soccer team 3-1 Wednesday in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference East game.

Robinson’s goal, unassisted at the 51:48 mark, equaled Millersville’s first goal, which came on a penalty kick.

The Marauders (6-0-0, 3-0-0 PSAC East) then added two goals from Sean McLaughlin, both assisted by Matthew Procopio, to down the Golden Bears (1-6-0, 1-4-0 PSAC East).

KU was outshot 17-9 and fell short in total corners 10-4.

Shawn Knash (so. Honesdale/Honesdale) made five saves in 90 minutes of play.

The Golden Bears will return home to Keystone Field to host Slippery Rock in a PSAC crossover at noon Saturday.
