KUTZTOWN, Pa.
— The Kutztown University men’s soccer team was shut out 4-0 in a
non-conference game against Philadelphia University Wednesday at
Keystone Field.
The Golden Bears (2-8-0)
allowed two early first-half goals, separated by less than two minutes, and the
Rams (3-3-2) added two more in a span of four minutes midway through the second
half to secure the win.
Svetozar Gladic led the
Rams with two goals and an assist. Kristoffer Perez and Kyle Altenau also had
goals for Philadelphia.
The Golden Bears will
return to the field on Saturday for an 11 a.m. contest at California (Pa.)
University.
