Scott Grecco, 96, Secondary Education. He writes: "This is my fourth year teaching at West Scranton High School in Scranton, Pa. I am also in my fifth year of coaching swimming and track for Dunmore High School. Although swimming is my favorite, it's my track team that's undefeated for the last two years. I recently just purchased a house in Scranton and my roommate is a Pug named Oscar. Scott Maurer, '75, Biology. Scott is the plant manager for Cryovac Rigid Packaging. As a swimmer, he was a breastroker and a qualiier for PSAC Championships. Scott was a member of the 2nd team at KU when the school was still Kutztown State College.

Joe McGhee competed from 1985-87.  Swam 50-100-200 free, med relay & free realys. Licensed Pa. Funeral Director, Assist. Bucks Co. Todd Moyer, '87, Business Administration/Marketing & Management. Todd currently works as an insurance agent. While swimming for KU, Todd was a qualifier in both breastrokes for the conference championships and captain of the squad as a senior.

Paul OBrien graduated in 1987 as a Marketing and Management grad. Currently living in California, Paul run built a digital printing operation and sold it to a King of Prussia based firm know as Xyan. As a KU swimmer, he competed in any event asked to. Continuing to swim, Paul has placed and finished 9th in the last two National Masters Swimming Championships.

Tim Pickel is the Art/Technology Coordinator for the Lopatcong, NJ school. Graduating in 1977 he has two sons with his wife Cathi. AS a KU team member he competed in 200 Fly, back, and IM. Tim can be reached at pickel@enter.net

Westley J. Richards swam on KU's first swim team, graduating in 1975 with a mathematics degree. Westley is a senior staff specialist for General Electrics.

Pat Russell, '96, swam for KU from 1991-95.  While at Kutztown, Pat was a four-year PSAC qualifier in backstrokes and medley relays.  He is a history teacher and head swim coach at Bensalem High School.  Email nibsey13@aol.com.

Jim Roehm is currently employed by The Institute for Effectiveness Research LLC, a Merck Company as the Director of Research Operations. A 1985 graduate in Biology, Jim lists his swimming accomplishments as having not drowned Jim and his wife, Ellen have two sons. He may be reached at James_Roehm@Merck.com.

Michael Saylor, is currently a sales rep for B/Braun Medicals. Graduating in 1986, Mike competed as a diver for KU qualifying for NCAA Champs twice and currently holding the 1M record at KU. Mike may be reached at Mike.Saylor@bbmus.com.

Jeff Seier, '2000, swam at KU from 1996-200. He writes: "Graduated KU with a Marine Science/Geology in 00' and have an MS in Geology from Temple U.  I am currently working for an environmental consulting company as a project geologist.  Just had a baby girl in June." Ryan Shaw, '00, competed in track & field and swimming from 1995-99. He is currently working in Manhattan, N.Y., for J.P. Brian Sloan, 2000, swam for KU from 1995-99.  While at KU, he was a co-captain, PSAC finalist and All-American. He says: "I'm currently in my fourth year teaching 9th grade English. Vicki, formerly Chintala, and I finally got married in August and are residing in our new home in south Jersey. In addition to teaching, I'm the head swim coach for Millville HS.  No longer a 'Sprintwimp,' I now do Triathlons. Peer Snoep a 1990 graduate in Finance, opened a Finance and Accounting firm in south Florida. Peer and his wife Nicola were married in 1993 and are expecting a child. Eric Snook graduated in 1999 with a degree in Elementary Education. Eric has settled in as a 6th grade math teacher in the Downingtown School District. Married this summer to Nicole Pallini, a 4 year track standout and Kutztown, they now reside in Parksburg PA. Steve Swift, graduate in 2001, competed from 1997-2001. Since graduating from KU, Swift was the age-group coach with SPIRIT Swimming in Newtown, Pa., but he recently moved to Denver, Colo. He is currently training for his second full Ironman triathlon (June 6 in Couer d'Alene, Idaho). Afterward, he will be shipped off to the Navy on Aug. 8. Megan Frantz, a 1989 graduate in Elementary Education, was a co-captain and swam the distance freestyles and the 200 im during her KU career. Currently she is a child care provider, staying home with her own two children.

Ginny (Goodby) Cataldi, '97, swam for KU from 1993-97.  She writes - "I am currently teaching Middle School Art, grades 5-8, in Tredyffrin-Easttown School District. I have taught in several different school districts, but finally feel "at home." I received my Master's in Curriculum and Supervision in 2001 from Penn State. Gina Gluchowski, '97, swam from 1994-97.  She says - "I still enjoy being an elementary school librarian in Bethlehem. Also, I finished the NYC Marathon in 2000. I am trying to train for Philly this year (2003). Alison (Hershey) Ellis, '97, breaststroker '94-'97.  "I'm currently working as a Medical Writer in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Kim Kryzan, '93, Elementary Education with a Phys. Ed. minor. Kim is continuing to swim while raising her two girls. She competed in Masters events and competed in the National meet, ranking in the top 10 nationwide for the 1500m freestyle.

Kathleen McPaul, '99, Elementary Education. Kathy was a PSAC qualifier in both breaststrokes, while also swimming longer freestyle events.

Charlene Sharkey is currently an adjunct professor for the College of New Jersey and Ocean County College, teaching Mathematics. Swimming for KU, Charlene competed in the 400 IM, 200 Free, 100 Fly and 200 Fly. Since graduation in 1990 with a Chemistry and MAthematics degree, Charlene has gotten married and has two children. Shayn (Mosley) Spingler, '92, was inducted into the KU Athletics Hall of Fame in 1999.  Shayn played field hockey and was a diver for KU's swimming and diving team in the late 80s-early 90s.  She adds "I am a Manager of Applications and Development with AAA Mid-Atlantic in Center City Philadelphia. Sharon Stallings is currently working in public relations, writing and desktop publishing. A 1998 graduate, Sharon earned her degree in English/Professional Writing and a Public Relations minor. Jennifer Sullivan, '98, was on the KU swim team from 1994-98.  She is currently teaching at Muhlenberg High School. She teaches special education, learning support social studies and reading.  In addition, she coaches the Muhlenber boys varsity swim team. Elizabeth A. Thoryk graduated in 1999 with a degree in cell/molecular biology and a chemistry minor. Currently she is employed by Merck. During her career, Liz was a PSAC finalist all four years, an All-American for all four years, and Captain for 98-99. Liz was selected to the top 30 athletes of the 20th Century.

Jennifer Tomel is currently working for PP&L. Swimming for KU her junior and senior years, she qualified for PSAC for all four years (Freshman and Sophomore at Lock Haven). Jen placed 10th in the 100 back as senior.

Kimberly Murphy-Weikert also known as "Murph" graduated in 1986 and is working for Kinsley Construction Inc in York, PA. Kim swam the "ironman" events, the 100 fly, 400 IM, 500 and 1000 Freestyles. Kim can be reached at kweikert@rkinsley.com.

Linda (Deering) Yackanicz is currently teaching third graders. Linda swam the fly and IM events and held records in the 100 FLy, 200 Back,and 200 IM. She still holds the 400 IM and shares the 800 Free Relay records. Linda recently finished her masters in Applied Technology and Reading Specialist.
