JOPLIN, Mo. -
Kutztown University's women's cross country team had a pair of
runners in action at the NCAA Division II Championships at Missouri
Southern State University Saturday morning.
Joanna Horstmann (jr.
Downingtown/Downingtown West) placed 48th overall with a time of
22:00 on the 6,000-meter course. Stephanie Williams (sr.
Harrisburg/Riverside) finished 68th with a time of 22:23.
Horstmann was the third
highest finisher from the East region, behind Edinboro's Rachel
Lanzell (20th) and Bloomsburg's Amber Hackenberg (34th).
