WOMEN
 LEWISBURG,
PA - Kutztown opened the 2007 season at the Bucknell Bison Open on
Friday. It was an unscored meet consisting of three-mile races
for both the men and women.
On the men's side, KU was led by Tom Mooney (fr.
Churchville/Council Rock South) finished seventh in 15:18.
Ben Loht (so. Lewistown/Indian Valley) was 21st (15:37),
John Pyne (jr. Harrisburg/Bishop McDevitt) placed 22nd in
15:41.
Rounding out KU's top seven were Tim Ballingall (fr.
Downingtown/Downingtown East) (26th, 15:48), Pat Bone (sr.
Doylestown/Central Bucks West) (27th, 15:51), Pat McKeever
(sr. Midland Park, NJ/Midland Park) (28th, 15:51) and Kevin
Rogers (fr. Clifton Heights/Upper Darby) (29th, 16:02).
For the women, newcomer Kristin Cupido (fr.
Bridgewater, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan) placed sixth overall with a
time of 18:05. Stephanie Williams (sr. Harrisburg/Riverside
{Ellwood City}) was seventh in 18:10. Joanna Horstmann
(jr. Downingtown/Downingtown West) was ninth in 18:23.
Rounding out KU's top seven were Hailey Dell (jr. Saranac Lake,
NY/Saranac Lake) (12th, 18:37),
Cristina Reimer
(fr. Chester Springs/Downingtown East) (13th, 18:44), Maureen
Watson (so. Walnutport/Allentown Central Catholic) (14th, 18:48)
and Jolene Collins (so. Annville/Palmyra) (29th, 19:23).
